A journey into the electronic sounds that fuel the curiosity and creativity of No-Hands Rest. Frisson Sounds presents its first genre-spanning evening of electronic music at our riverside setting, moving from downtempo and trip-hop through to the deep, industrial textures of Berlin.
This marks the first of many electronic nights we have planned for the summer. Our aim is simple: to share the sounds that inspire and drive us as people. We can’t wait to take you with us on the next chapter of our story.

South Lakes ADHD & ND Support Group

This is a support group for adults with, or supporting someone with, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions. These welcoming sessions involve topical discussions around things such as nutrition which can complement ADHD types, to Access to Work and Psychotherapy.
