Welcome to our first edition of Story Sessions by No–Hands Rest – an intimate evening of storytelling in the spirit of adventure, creativity, and exploration. The night features short films from; Scott Salt, Benjamin Smith Gilly McArthur, Scott Heleniak, Marc Langley, and Dom Bush. We will also be welcoming Gilly McArthur for a teaser on her upcoming book The Beauty of Cold. All ticket proceeds will go towards Andy’s Man Club.
SUPPORT GROUP
South Lakes ADHD & ND Support Group
12 FEBRUARY – 17:30 - 19:00
This is a support group for adults with, or supporting someone with, ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions. These welcoming sessions involve topical discussions around things such as nutrition which can complement ADHD types, to Access to Work and Psychotherapy.
